• Yes! We supply all of the cleaning products and tools to clean your home.

• We allow our professionals to arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled time to accomodate unpredictable traffic, parking and other surprises.

• We determine the price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, as well as the estimated cleaning duration. Simply select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on our website to receive an instant quote. • While we consider several factors when providing an initial quote, our cleaning technicians may need additional time to complete the full service in your home. We will contact you one hour before the scheduled initial cleaning date to discuss any unforeseen events. If additional time is required due to factors such as heavy soiling or heavy decorating, you can accept the additional time or stick to the original quote. Rest assured, we will never charge you for additional time without your explicit consent.

• We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services and leaving your home spotless. To ensure the highest quality of service, please prepare for our arrival by putting away any items that may hinder our cleaning of specific areas, such as loose papers, toys, and other items. Please be sure to put away all dishes so we can thoroughly clean your kitchen. Also, be sure to put away any delicate items. All guests must have access to the following amenities: • Running water. • Electricity with working bulbs throughout the home (cleaning cannot be done in the dark). • Air conditioning and heating for a comfortable working environment.

We do our best to meet the needs of our customers; However, there are some things we cannot do: • Cleaning up hazardous materials (blood, mold, bodily fluids): • Cleaning up pet waste • Cleaning inside washers/dryers • Cleaning inside dishwashers • Cleaning the cat litter box (including excess on the floor) • Using our vacuum on pet-soiled carpets • Cleaning up bugs/rodents/rodent droppings • Cleaning high or hard-to-reach areas with our extendable duster • Cleaning fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (we will gladly clean if they are emptied) • We guarantee spot cleaning results • Washing/loading/putting away dishes • Emptying diapers/bucket lists • Cleaning light bulbs and delicate glass • Using homemade cleaning products • Moving furniture • Climbing higher than a 3-step ladder • Washing walls, scrubbing walls, or mopping Baseboards • Closets, unless move-in/move-out cleaning is performed • Carpet, tile, and grout cleaning are not included in any cleaning package.

• Yes, but we must notify you 48 to 72 hours in advance of the areas being worked on and what the new plan will be for the next scheduled cleaning. • No, not when the contractors invade all the work areas on our list.
